Jack L. Cornelius, Jr.

With over 50 years of experience, Jack provides consulting services to small businesses, agricultural entities, and individuals.  He also provides forensic accounting and litigation support services in various matters with significant experience in family law.  He has qualified as an expert in US Federal Court and in 17 California counties.

Jack serves on the board of a bank where he is Audit Committee Chairman.  He is on the board of a manufacturing company and on the Public Policy Committee of VSP (Vision Service Plan).

After 12 years with a local Sacramento accounting firm and two years in the Navy aboard the USS Enterprise, Jack started Cornelius & Company in 1977.  That firm has now become a part of Cornelius & Davini.

Jack is a member of the CalCPA Society and the AICPA as well as the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group for divorce.  He was very active in the CalCPA Society including President of the Sacramento Chapter.

During his career he was on the board of health care nonprofits, a school, and performance associations.  He is currently on the board of the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society Foundation and active with the Sacramento Pioneer Association.

When not in the office he tries to play golf and also takes voice lessons.  Having lunch with “old” friends is a major part of his day.
