Cornelius & Davini, LLP

On December 1, 1994, long-time Sacramento CPA Jack Cornelius formed Cornelius and Company, CPAs with his daughter, Dawn M. Cornelius. For many years, Dawn worked side-by-side with her father Jack, gaining skills and experience in taxation, business services, and litigation support, as well as insight in running a small accounting practice in Sacramento. When the time came, Jack passed on Cornelius and Company, CPAs, to Dawn, a sixth-generation valley resident.

Also in 1994, Jenny Davini started her public accounting career at KPMG in Sacramento, just down the street from the Cornelius & Company office. During her eight years at KPMG, followed by 16 years with local CPA firm BFBA, Jenny gained experience working with a broad variety of tax clients, including high-wealth individuals, small businesses, and trusts and estates. As a previous partner at BFBA, Jenny gained insight and perspective related to running a larger CPA firm.

On December 1, 2017, Dawn and Jenny brought their combined experiences together to form Cornelius & Davini, LLP. The two partners share a common goal of providing high-quality, professional services to their clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
